Terms of Use
These terms govern Regulars, a recurring-group service for adults aged 18 and over.
Eligibility and safety
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Regulars is not an emergency service. Meet only at the listed public venue, follow the host and venue rules, and use report or block tools when necessary.
Community conduct
Do not harass, discriminate, solicit, impersonate, threaten, make unwanted romantic advances, publish private information, evade a suspension, or use Regulars as a dating or person-browsing service. Hosts may remove members and Regulars may suspend unsafe activity.
Standings and attendance
Hosts are responsible for accurate recurrence, venue, capacity, and cancellation information. Members are responsible for their own travel, purchases at a venue, and conduct. Availability is not guaranteed and a claimed seat may be cancelled under the published rules.
Subscriptions and gifts
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe; native subscriptions by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. Trials convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. Store purchases, cancellations, and refunds follow the applicable store policy. Paid gifts activate only after verified payment.
Content and termination
You keep ownership of content you submit and grant Regulars the limited rights needed to display and operate it for the intended audience. We may remove unlawful or unsafe content and close accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from the account-deletion page.
